ore sending deposit please make sure you talked with one of our artists and they scheduled you an appointment for a specific date and time. All deposits are non refundable. We also have a 48hour cancellation policy. If for some reason you can't make it to your appointment on the agreed upon time/date just give us 48 hours notice and we will work with you to reschedule. If you don't call us or don't show for your appointment on the agreed upon date/ time your deposit is forfeit and a new deposit will be required to set up a new appointment.
